Holiday Waste Reduction Tips
Here are some neat holiday reuse/recycle ideas!
| Set aside one box to collect reusable ribbons, bows, and other package decorations and another box or bag to collect torn gift wrap for recycling. | |
| Make gift tags from last year's holiday cards. | |
| Use creative wrapping paper substitutes. | |
| Decorate paper shopping bags with paint, crayons or markers. | |
| Instead of wrapping gifts for kids, hide the presents, plant clues, and make a treasure hunt for the presents. |
